This unique training provides you with the full range of tools and skills to work with groups and individuals of all backgrounds in all aspects of thier career issues. This advanced training programme is aimed at individuals who have already successfully completed a recognised Diploma in Coaching and who use, or who intend to use, coaching on an ongoing basis in their daily work. This can apply to those who have already set up as full time or part time coaches or those who intend to do so. It can also apply to those who work in a managerial, supervisory or HR role in their company or organisation.
