This course is based on the personal development and personal coaching training delivered by Eoin McCabe and Adrian Mitchell since 2000 to groups in both the public and private sectors. The course content is comprehensive and detailed, providing ample material for evening courses or more substantial broader programmes. This training day will bring you through the course content from a Training/Teaching perspective. You will be guided as to how best to realise the full potential of this course when delivering to groups, using strategies and tools which tap into and capitalise on the group energy. The course content can also compliment other work and training you may be involved in or delivering to both individuals and groups.
