CAREER COACHING - Advanced Training

This powerful and unique 3 day training programme is designed for those who have completed a coach training course. It is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career coaching skills and acquire effective, proven career coaching tools.

• Know how competency based interviews are conducted
• Know how to prepare a professional 21st century CV
• Know how to write cover letters
• Understand how recruitment agencies work
• Be able to teach networking skills to job seekers
• Know the process required to negotiate job offers
• Know the different types of psychometric testing available

Workshop Facilitators:

Eoin McCabe is a Director of the Irish Lifecoach Institute and has been training Coaches since 2001. He holds an M.Ed., is certified in NLP, Emotional Intelligence testing, MBTI & 16PF assessment and Biocognitive Psychology. He has worked with individuals and groups for the past 12 years as a Career Coach and Career Guidance Counsellor. Through this work he has developed a unique approach to career coaching which has motivated so many already to pursue their career goals and ambitions. Eoin’s informative, direct and entertaining approach will ensure this workshop will be both challenging and rewarding regardless of your coaching experience or desired outcomes for attending.

Jackie Howell, MCIPD, NLP Master Practitioner, career management coach, career guidance counsellor, management trainer and outplacement consultant. Jackie works with people from business, industry and education to help them discover and achieve new career directions. With a successful track record in HR management both in Ireland and the UK, her roles included Head of recruitment for KPMG Consulting UK and Career Consultant for Portobello College. Jackie is certified for a variety of psychometric and occupational assessment tools, including, a broad range of Saville and Holdsworth products, Thomas International (DISC) and Emotional Intelligence. Jackie’s wealth of experience combined with her practical and positive approach will ensure you leave the workshop with invaluable career management skills.
